The National UFO Historical Records Center is excited to announce a partnership agreement with The Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies (SCU), a data-driven organization of scientists, academics, and research professionals dedicated to conducting and supporting open scientific research into unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP).
